Lending Guidelines
As principal investors we originate private debt, agnostic to collateral, secured by commercial real estate and operating companies including industrial, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, hospitality, office, multifamily and land. 17LC also provides bankruptcy and Debtor-In-Possession (“DIP”) financing.
